"Recently I needed the rear tire replaced on my bike. I took the wheel with the new tire to Performance and arrived 10 minutes before they opened. The staff were busy placing bikes on display outside and they asked if they could help me. I told them what I needed and that I was ok to wait on them to open. They told me it wasn't a problem at all and to go on inside. I was shocked because that just doesn't happen most places anymore. They ushered me back to the service area where the guys took the wheel and new tire and told me to wait in the show room a few minutes. They weren't kidding! I left there with the new tire on the wheel just a minute or two after they opened! TALK ABOUT GREAT SERVICE!!!! I was highly impressed. Thanks to all the guys who helped me that day, you guys are the greatest! "

"Bought a used GSXR 600 k6. Bike is awsome. I enjoy it very much. sales people are very friendly and very polite. Will come back when it comes to buying gear or another bike. Only issue I had was bike had after market sprockets that changed the gearing and the speedometer readout was off due to different sprockets. I wish I was told of this during purchase so it could have been taken care of. A service report of what has been done to the bike would have been nice as well. "

"In June 2011 my Wife and I went to Performance to look at possibly upgrading our 1988 GL1500 Goldwing for a newer one. We looked at a used one and the new 2012 models. The sales people there were very helpful and answered all our questions but there was no pressure at all. They let me test drive the 2012 Goldwing and I knew it was going to be mine! I told them what I was willing to pay and they made it work. No pressure, no games just good service. They didnt have a Blue Wing in the shop so they sent one of their guys all the way to Lumberton, NC to pick one up for us. The next morning it was ready and we signed papers and bought some accessories. It didnt take long for them to install them for us either. The service department went over every inch of the bike with me and explained how and where to check fluids and stuff. Wow is all I can say! What a great bunch of folks at Performance. I love my bike and I will continue to go back for parts and service. GRADE A+ Thanks Guys and Gals! Roger Charlotte, NC"

"I will just start by saying,the staff at perfofmance honda is awesome.I broke down along I77,flat tire.It was already 6 PM. I called at least a dozen shops within 50 miles.and no one would help me.Luckly I called these guys.Ken Helms,Shop foreman.Not only did he come and get me in his own personell vehical.But he stayed around 4 hours late to help me out.And one other guy Im sorry i forgot your name,but you know who you are.This was our first bike trip of the year.If it wasnt for these two employees.our trip would have been ruined.I only wish that other dealerships were as helpfull as these guys are.Thanks performance honda and thanks ken and ?.. "I just wanted to thank Jacob and the service staff for the world class attitude they showed with respect to an issue I had when I got my 2008 Goldwing serviced last week and had tires put on it. MY GPS was working when I brought it in but it did not work anymore when I picked it up. Jacob willingly had the service staff take a look at it and found that a fuse was blown. He not only fixed the fuse but also replaced the grommets on the side cover over the battery compartment, all as a courtesy to me. I know he was not sure that their service worked caused the fuse to blow but he still recognized the repeated service business I give the dealership and reacted accordingly. I know where all my service will be done from now on! Thanks to Jacob and the service gang. "

"I brought in an older ATV for service at 4pm on a Mon. By 10am Tue they had serviced, replaced parts and called me to tell me it was ready. It was like a new machine. So I took them a second ATV. Same deal. One day service, great people, reasonable prices and they didn't sell me anything I didn't ask for. "After having an extremely disasterous experience in purchasing new replacement tires for my 4 wheeler on the internet, Bob and Jason listened with empathy and then helped solved my problem. They did a great job in finding the correct replacements and Jason provided a deliverly on the installation that resulted in a better deal than I got on the internet. Lesson Learned: Check Performance first, and then if necessary, go internet shopping however, my guess is that will not be necessary....thanks guys... for a great experience.
